 Evan Kohlman, media expert and internet sleuth of Global Terror Alert and the NEFA Foundation, has discovered the official YouTube channel of the Taliban "Istiqlal Media". Kohlman says the reason why the Afghan insurgent group is finally pushed onto YouTube is that recent efforts to distribute high-resolution jihadi media overloaded their web servers and exhausted their bandwidth.
