undergroundbound is an open blogging community with a loose focus on fringe culture related stuff. Reality hacking, culture jamming, the occult etc. No rules though. Nobody will complain as long the stuff you write about is interesting.

All you need in order to join our little online community is a username and an e-mail address.

After your registration is complete you can start blogging right away. If you don’t want to register you can still hangout anonymously in the Forum.

Few words on the Forum:

No registration is needed to start threats and to post replies. There are three subforums:

Languages: As this website is bilingual you can write in English as well as in German. We will add a translations of your article as fast as we can.

First insert the title of your article. Then choose the “Blog” Section from the drop down menu below the text area. The Blog Section is divided into four categories:

Then select Show On Front Page “Yes”. If you set the Show On Front Page option to “No” you are not able to edit the article after you saved it.

“Author-Alias” allows you to use a pseudonym instead of your username.

Keep the Access Level Public so that everybody can read your article. Don’t forget to add some descriptive keywords under “Metadata”

Start your blog post with a short intro text (i.e. first sentences/paragraphs) and ten click on the “Read more” button, since otherwise your entire text will be considered as intro text which results in the social-bookmarking tools not being displayed.

How to insert pictures into articles:

After clicking on the "insert/edit image" simply type in the image URL and click on "Insert". When you have uploaded your image to the File Depot then you find your image under the following URL:

http://www.undergroundbound.net/filedepot/yourimage.ext

How to insert MP3s into articles:

You can add an mp3 player into your blog post by inserting the following code (Please note that when entering the code you cave to replace "[" and "]" brackets with "{" and "}" brackets:

[play]http://…URL_of_where_the_file_is_located[/play]

You can upload mp3s (as well as documents and images) to the File Depot.

You can also add multiple mp3 to the player by using the star “*” as separator. The code then should look like this (again you have to replace "[" and "]" brackets with "{" and "}" brackets):

[play]http://anysite.com/anyfolder/track1.mp3*http://anysite.com/anyfolder/track2.mp3*http://anysite.com/anyfolder/track3.mp3[/play]
